This updates adds an important quality of life feature in keyboard/gamepad support for the menus! Note that the mouse is no longer usable in any menus.

Added keyboard and gamepad input to menus:

• Move: Arrow keys / D-pad
• Accept: Z key / A button (South face button)
• Back: X key / B button (East face button)
• The name entry screen still requires the use of a keyboard’s Enter/Esc keys to exit, however

Changed default gamepad mappings:

• Shot: A button (South face button)
• Self-destruct: X button (West face button)

Miscellany:

• Name entry now rejects blank names
• Removed mouse input from menus
