KARASU MELTDOWN has been updated to version v1.21!

This update is mainly to address an issue where bomb inputs would be randomly dropped at framerates above 60 FPS!

• Fixed bomb inputs being dropped at high framerates
• Fixed VSync setting resetting when opening the options menu
• Tweaked bomb logic to run on a fixed timestep
• Tweaked floor texture
